Jamon Iberico
jamón ibérico or Iberian ham, is ham made from Spanish black Iberian pigs. It’s deep-rooted in Spanish culture and tradition for thousands of years.
The pigs are raised and allowed to roam in pasture and oak groves to feed naturally on grass, herbs, acorns, chestnuts, and roots, until the slaughtering time approaches.
